📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement budgeting processes and monitor budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in financial planning and analysis activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the education sector.
