📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily haulage operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage a team of drivers and warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Implement and monitor logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDE systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
