• Analyze equipment performance data using advanced analytics tools such as SAP PM, SAP MM, and other industry-standard software.
• Identify performance gaps and trends in equipment operation.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, maintenance staff, and operators, to ensure seamless integration of analytical insights into day-to-day operations.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in equipment performance analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all equipment operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment performance analysis or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in using advanced analytics tools such as SAP PM, SAP MM, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other relevant quality management frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of mining operations and heavy equipment is a significant advantage.
