📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brewing a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees, using high-quality espresso machines and grinders.
• Creating and maintaining an inviting café environment by ensuring the café is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Taking and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Assisting in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring coffee bean levels.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café.
• Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in coffee making.
• Assisting in special events and promotions to create memorable experiences for our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a café or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with basic barista tools and software, such as point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
