📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and meeting minutes between Indonesian and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Attend and translate meetings, ensuring all parties understand the content.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Use translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ for efficient and accurate translations.
• Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance translation skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a strong command of both languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a translator, preferably in the energy or engineering sector.
• Certification in translation (e.g., Certified Translator, ATA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to both Indonesian and Chinese cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
