As a Line Cook or Prep Cook at Habitual Food Inc., you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including prepping ingredients, cooking meals, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. You’ll work closely with our head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. With a competitive salary of Rp 19000 - Rp 20000 per month, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your culinary skills in one of the world’s most beautiful destinations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols to ensure food quality and safety.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and production targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
- Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, and stovetops.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including ingredients and equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
