As an HR Operations and Deployment Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. You'll work with our HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, and you'll coordinate with our deployment team to ensure that our employees are placed in the right roles and locations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle using BambooHR, Workday, and ADP.
- Coordinate with the deployment team to ensure seamless employee placement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to employee relations.
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR, Workday, or ADP.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR operations or a related field is a plus.
