📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking ingredients.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down the kitchen for special events and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in the kitchen area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools, such as stoves, ovens, and grills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
