In your daily tasks, you will be responsible for site inspections, quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will use industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to manage project schedules and documents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to manage project schedules and documents.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct training and mentorship for junior engineers and site staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and civil engineering projects.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Valid CME (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
