📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Manage leads and track campaign performance using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment from purchase order to delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and email campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, such as Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in digital marketing or related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
