📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public utilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community groups, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in infrastructure development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure development.
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian infrastructure development projects and local regulations is a plus.
