📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
