The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract new customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
