📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
