📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of utility systems in the textile factory.,Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to utility systems to minimize downtime.,Lead and supervise a team of utility staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and maintain utility consumption to ensure efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of utility systems with production processes.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Conduct training and development activities for the utility team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of utility maintenance activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the textile industry.,Strong knowledge of utility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.,Experience in leading and managing a team in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the industrial environment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often under pressure.,Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
