📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the financial consolidation process for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.,Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards using AWS and VB tools.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Mentor and develop junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay updated with the latest developments in financial reporting and technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.,Proven expertise in using AWS and VB for financial reporting and data analysis.,Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with senior management.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in financial reporting or related fields are a plus.,Experience in a similar role within the technology or financial services industry is highly desirable.
