📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and accountants.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
