Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients,Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints,Training and mentoring sales team members,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or consulting,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
