Sentral Hendra Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring a positive guest experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and visits.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.,Assist with event setup and coordination when required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
