📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries according to recipes and specifications.,Ensure that all pastries meet quality, safety, and taste standards.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and facilities.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Work with the team to develop new pastry recipes and improve existing ones.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
