📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and innovative packaging designs for beauty and skincare products, ensuring they align with brand identity and market trends.
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features and functional requirements, translating them into effective packaging solutions.
• Develop high-quality packaging prototypes using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest packaging trends and consumer preferences.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize packaging designs.
• Ensure packaging designs meet regulatory standards and functional requirements, including sustainability and environmental considerations.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure packaging designs are feasible and cost-effective to manufacture.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of packaging designs to enhance consumer appeal and brand recognition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design for beauty and skincare products or a similar industry.
• Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
