📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations of the cafe,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors,Prepare and maintain operational reports,Assist in inventory management,Support the management team in planning and implementing new initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent
