📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the technical operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.,Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any potential issues.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and maintain the performance of technical equipment and systems.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.,Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of technical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
