📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Perform and interpret laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
