📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in our facilities.
• Ensure all electrical work is conducted safely and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior electricians and technicians.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues.
• Prepare and submit work orders, reports, and other documentation as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure electrical systems support the overall operations of the facility.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the electrical field.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid certification as an electrician (e.g., Master Electrician, Licensed Journeyman Electrician).
• Experience with electrical safety and compliance programs.
