📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for banquet events, working closely with the kitchen staff.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up, ensuring all event materials are properly disposed of or returned.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and other administrative tasks as required.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events are executed to the highest standards.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
