As a Production Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 3.000.000 to Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.,Support the production team in implementing new processes and technologies.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on production progress.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
