📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies that align with the company's overall goals.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Monitoring departmental performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.,Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensuring the department's budget is managed effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
