Link Glow Lestari is looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our food products. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and restocking.,Ensure that all food products meet quality and safety standards.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure that the kitchen meets the needs of the business.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a kitchen team.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
