Finance & Accounting Manager - PT Adi Bintan Permata

PT Adi Bintan Permata is seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust Financial Accounting and Tax (FAT) system that supports our growth and ensures compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You'll also work closely with our tax team to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and develop and implement tax strategies to minimize our tax liability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial accounting and tax operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the tax team to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.
• Build and maintain a robust Financial Accounting and Tax (FAT) system using SAP or other relevant software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining proper documentation.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance with these changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting and tax, with a strong background in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Tax (FAT) system, including SAP or other relevant software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of managing and leading financial teams.
