📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring.Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.Maintain a strong candidate database and track the recruitment process.Provide feedback to candidates and follow up on applications.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.🛠️ Keahlian
