📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead nurse in patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.,Provide basic nursing care such as wound dressing, catheters, and IV therapy.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications and treatments as directed by the lead nurse.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Assist in the management of the healthcare facility, including inventory control and equipment maintenance.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.,At least 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Familiarity with medical terminology and equipment.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid nursing license and certification (if required).
