Makmur Tono Bangunan is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at our restaurant in Canggu, Bali. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service,Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and professionally,Manage the cash drawer and ensure accurate record-keeping,Assist with opening and closing the restaurant, including stocking supplies and cleaning,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Promote the restaurant's menu and specials to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a cashier, server, or in a similar role is preferred,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Familiarity with basic computer and point-of-sale systems is a plus,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
