📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities,Provide excellent customer service to guests during events,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth event operations,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area,Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally,Assist in inventory management for banquet supplies,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all event details are executed perfectly,Participate in staff training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in hospitality or event staffing is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and professional demeanor,Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
