📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of the healthcare sector, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall business objectives.
• Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
